Payment Methods

Payment is due at the time of service. Following your first treatment, you will receive a digital link for payment. You will then have the option to store your credit card information in our secured system for future visits.

We have three clinic locations in Seattle. Each location accepts different payment methods.

For clinic shifts at our main site in Georgetown, we accept cash, check, or credit/debit card.

For Wednesday evening clinic shifts in North Seattle / Lake City Way, we accept ONLY credit/debit card for the cost of appointments ($40) and cash, check, or credit/debit card for herbs and other purchases.

For Tuesday evening clinic shifts in the University District / Roosevelt Way, we accept ONLY credit/debit card for the cost of appointments ($40) and ONLY cash/check for herbs and other purchases.

We thank you in advance for coming prepared to your visits and apologize for any inconvenience.

We are not in network with any insurance plans, and we do not bill insurance companies directly.

Discounts

We offer discounted services only in our Student Intern Clinics, which include Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine visits, Japanese Acupuncture visits, Tuina Bodywork visits, and Shiatsu Bodywork visits. We do not offer discounted services in our Preceptorship or Faculty Clinics.

If you are eligible according to the table below, please complete this form and bring it to your appointment along with qualifying documentation to apply for our discounted rate. Once we have confirmed your eligibility, you will receive a discount of $10 off your visit.

Person with a Disability: Proof of disability

Older Adults: Valid ID showing age 65+

Students: Valid Student ID

Person with Low Income: Proof of income (examples include EBT card, Provider One card) or the

prior year’s tax return indicating income at or below 100% of the

current Federal poverty guidelines.
